Everything you need to know

At our clinic, we prioritize providing the highest quality of care tailored to your specific needs. To achieve this, our initial appointment is dedicated to a comprehensive assessment. This thorough evaluation allows us to fully understand your condition and ensures that any treatment plan we create is both accurate and effective.

Following this first appointment, your specialist will carefully review your case, consider various treatment options, and develop a personalized management plan. Additionally, on your second appointment, we take the time to educate you about your diagnosis and the reasoning behind our proposed approach. We believe it’s crucial for you to fully understand your condition and the steps we plan to take before commencing any treatment. This is for your safety and by law as we require your fully informed consent.

Given the importance of this detailed assessment and the time required to do it properly, treatment is typically scheduled for your second appointment. However, we understand that in some cases, immediate care may be necessary. For such situations, we offer an emergency consultation option, where treatment can be provided during the first visit. Due to the additional time and urgency involved, there is a higher fee for this service.

This structured approach ensures that you receive the best possible care, with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and its objectives.

From severe, debilitating pain to everyday aches and stiffness, our expertise spans a wide spectrum of conditions.

Our extensive experience encompasses thousands of patients treated for a diverse range of injuries and dysfunctional patterns, including:

– Generalised aches and pains
– Joint pains, including hip and knee pain from osteoarthritis
– Elbow pain and tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis)
– Acute and chronic backache, back pain
– Lumbago
– Sciatica
– Mechanical neck pain
– Migraine prevention
– Headache arising from the neck (cervicogenic)
– Shoulder complaints (dysfunction, disorders, and pain)
– Rotator cuff injuries, disease, or disorders
– Soft tissue disorders of the shoulder
– Minor sports injuries
– Ankle sprain
– Muscle spasms
– Cramp
– Plantar fasciitis
– Tension and inability to relax

If we determine that your specific condition would be better addressed by another professional, we will gladly refer you to someone who can provide the appropriate care.

If you’re unsure whether we can address your particular condition or symptoms, please feel free to contact us before your initial assessment. Our HH therapists are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
